Be a bombshell with a pair of metal bombshells

German-based doctor Ziya Saylan has designed the most improbable of cosmetic enhancements – metal breast implants. Saylan says the operation can be done on all women up to the age of 60, regardless of breast size, but he admits that he ‘reaches better results for women with small, sagging breasts’. The implants are rather aptly made of titanium, woven into a fine mesh, and are claimed too prevent any form of sagging.

Adding a glamorous touch, it should be noted that ‘the technique was adapted from hernia treatment’.
