In a bid to decentralise its menu, to allow more difference in the bill of fare within its chain of pubs, Pitcher & Piano has introduced a modular menu system created by Infurno. The system consists of a stand and a folder, with artwork supplied by Jo Hassel, which attempts to convey lifestyle images to go with the food on offer.
