Corporate branding consultancy Luxon Carrà has created a new identity for recruitment company Blue Arrow.

The new look is designed to support the integration of 42 smaller, specialist recruitment companies under the Blue Arrow banner, including Blue Arrow Industrial, Blue Arrow Catering and Blue Arrow Healthcare.

Luxon Carra has designed new symbols, office interiors, exteriors, stationery, marketing materials and brochures for each division.

Blue Arrow director of communications Charles Walker says, “The company’s new visual identity reflects the changing face of the recruitment industry.

“Its contemporary design and the imaginative use of colours will not only appeal to candidates who are now building their careers with us, but also our clients who are looking to agencies to provide increasing levels of coverage, and value added and strategic thinking.”

Luxon Carra deputy managing director Philippa Emery says the rebranding “captures the essence of the brand” and “supports the company’s process of change.

“With strong and effective visuals across all communications platforms, the branding reflects Blue Arrow as one company with a single set of values,” she says.
