Support your favourite star with a credit card

The likes of Robbie Williams and Britney Spears do not need any more of our hard-earned cash, but they may well profit from the ‘next big thing’ – celebrity-branded credit cards.

If all goes well, the lucky stars selected are set to rake in commission every time we abuse our credit cards. Research by the Credit Card Research Group predicts, unsurprisingly, celebrity cards will be popular among 18to 24-year-olds, particularly featuring the faces of Williams, Spears, Steve Redgrave and Cameron Diaz.

Having Brad Pitt, voted male number three, as your flexible friend sounds good to us.
