The Power of Erotic Design opens today at the Design Museum. The show deals with erotic twentieth century design and architecture. Until 12 October.

Starting on 6 May, Fish out of Water is an exhibition of fine artists who have been working away from their native environments. The winning eight artists are on show. Until 10 May.

Why not pop down to the Flexible furniture exhibition at the Crafts Council? Designers including Tom Hall, Shin and Tomoko Azumi and Julia Leakey have produce a piece of furniture that maximises space and function with the minimum of materials. Later this month, Gareth Williams, assistant curator at the Victoria and Albert Museum will give lectures on flexible furniture. Until 22 June.
