Design House brands BT Click

BT continues to broaden its new media product range with the launch of BT Click, an Internet access product with an identity by Design House. The product went live yesterday.

Deepend Design created the website for the product and Unigraph worked up the packaging.

The product allows users to access the Internet without going through a service provider and targets home users rather than the business sector.

“The whole idea of the logotype is to communicate three things – the simplicity of the service, the navigational element and the ‘click’ of the name. It ties in with the BT brand as a whole, which is kind of no-nonsense and technologically advanced,” says Design House creative director Marcus Haslan.

The identity is also intended to be dynamic and contemporary, he adds.

It has been designed to reproduce clearly on packaging, screen and literature and will also roll out to advertising and the website.
