Dewe Rogerson Group’s 11-strong corporate design arm will be incorporated into Lloyd Northover Citigate, following the organisation’s acquisition by LNC’s parent company Incepta last week.
Incepta bought the financial and corporate communications and marketing agency for 24.4m. Dewe Rogerson’s design team handles marketing materials including websites and annual reports, and identity work. “It’s a natural fit,” says LNC director John Lloyd.
Head of Dewe Rogerson corporate design Stuart Miller will become a director of LNC, while the position of creative director Kathleen McCord is yet to be decided, says Miller.
