V&A sticks with title

May I clarify the position about the Victoria and Albert’s name? The editorial which I wrote for the V&A Magazine reflected in a lighthearted manner on our name, offering a bottle of champagne to anyone with a good alternative.

It concluded that, like the Louvre or the Met, we should stick with our title. Unfortunately, a journalist misread my piece and produced a sensationalist story. I am sorry if anyone was misled.
