Partners split at Meridian

Meridian Design Associates in Wimbledon has ceased trading following the decision of its three partners to go their separate ways.

The closure was precipitated by the departure of partner Tim Mulkern, says Ian Loveday, who was also a partner. Loveday has joined Nucleus Design as a senior designer to develop corporate literature and information design.

He has brought with him several Meridian clients including 3i, SmithKline Beecham and Nikko Securities, and is working on the annual report for 3i Smaller Quoted Companies.

Both Mulkern and a third Meridian partner, Max Rutherford were unavailable for comment.
