Swanke new HQ for bank
Newly merged merchant bank Deutsche Morgan Grenfell is planning new headquarters in the City of London with architecture by Swanke Hayden Connell.
The new offices, on the site of the former Winchester House, will be linked to Morgan Grenfell’s existing building next door.
Swanke Hayden Connell will design the public areas of the 27 870m2 building, which, subject to planning permission, is scheduled for completion by 1998. The project includes three trading floors for 1500 dealing staff.
