BV Group is an Alternative Investment

Brand communications consultancy BV Group is floating on the Alternative Investment Market in the hope of raising £2m to invest in staff, technology and new premises.

The consultancy’s work incorporates brand identity, Web and literature design. Its clients include financial and professional services such as Gartmore, and it has recently created the identities for two on-line companies, PrintMountain and Betabet.

BV Group is currently designing the corporate identity for pharmaceutical research company OGS.

The company is issuing 4.6 million shares, costing 50 pence each.
