Birmingham design consultancy Harrison Design is developing new concepts for the Kensington Hilton’s restaurant which are due to be trialed early next year. Harrison Design managing director Philip Harrison says: ‘It’s to broaden the appeal of the restaurant and bars operations to a captive audience staying in the hotel and encourage use from the indigenous population.’
