David Hosie; Graham Fagen; Source; Silver 2000; The Citibank Private Bank Photography Prize 2000

Paintings by David Hosie exhibit from 15 February until 17 March. This exhibition continues Hosie’s fascination with the night and day life in and around the Lothian Road area of Edinburgh.

Venue: Jill George Gallery, 38 Lexington Street, London W1.

Graham Fagen: installation and archive explores the Glasgow artist’s fascination with plants and botany, from 12 February until 2 April.

Venue: Pavilion Gallery, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Bretton Hall, West Bretton, Wakefield WF4 4LG.

Source showcases British creative advertising and graphic design until 1 April. Work on display ranges from posters to TV commercials, websites to popular merchandise, with contributions from M&C Saatchi, Pentagram and The Chase.

Venue: Harris Museum & Art Gallery, Market Square, Preston PR1 2PP.

To coincide with the re-opening of the second phase of the Silver Galleries in the Victoria and Albert Museum, Silver 2000 will show new work by 13 contemporary silversmiths, from 16 February until 2 April.

Venue: Crafts Council Shop, V&A Museum, Cromwell Road, London SW7.

Work by each of the artists shortlisted for The Citibank Private Bank Photography Prize 2000 will be exhibited until 25 March. The winner will be announced on 2 March.

Venue: The Photographers’ Gallery, 5 Great Newport Street, London WC2.
