Neil Southard draws up interiors for seafood restaurant, Deep

Designer Neil Southard has drawn up the interiors for a seafood restaurant, Deep, due to open in Chelsea on 28 March.

It is the latest venture from entrepreneurs Christian and Kerstin Sandefeldt, the husband and wife team behind The Aquarium.

The restaurant seats 80 inside and 100 outside across two harbourside terraces.

The look is ‘clean, simple living’ and features a basic layout with bespoke furniture, says Southard.
