GasForce gets a fired up logo

Fledgling consultancy Santamaria Design has created the corporate identity for GasForce, a new company bought out of British Gas by 200 employees.

GasForce provides commercial and industrial gas services throughout the UK. Santamaria, launched by Damian and Laura Santamaria last February, developed the familiar flame icon with an unusual yellow/green flame.

The logo is being applied by the group to GasForce vehicles, uniforms, signage and stationery.

This year’s Christmas stamps are designed by Laura Stoddart and feature the Nativity. At 25, Stoddart is the youngest professional designer ever commissioned by Royal Mail. A graduate of Brighton University and the Royal College of Art, Stoddart uses watercolours to illustrate the stories of the three kings, the Annunciation, Mary and Joseph’s journey to Bethlehem, and angels informing shepherds of the birth. The stamps will go on sale on 28 October, as will a presentation pack designed by Lippa Pearce.
