Egypt calls for Siegel & Gale

Siegel & Gale has created a brand name and logo for Misrfone, Egypt’s biggest GSM cellular communications network, set to go live in November.

S&G executive creative director Ken Windsor says the idea was to create a brand which would give Misrfone a competitive advantage in the marketplace. “We wanted to develop ‘brand soul’, with a vision, values and a character. We worked from the idea that man has a lot of locked up potential, and it is all about unlocking that potential.”

S&G called the brand Click GSM. “It is a sound capable of reflecting this big idea,” adds Windsor.
