Schweppes launches new identity
The new look, by Epoch Design, features a “sleek black background” with “recognisable Schweppes yellow accents”.
Drinks brand Schweppes is launching a new identity in the UK, which it says will be supported by its biggest marketing campaign for 20 years.
The new look has been created by Epoch Design and aims, the brand says, to celebrate its “strong heritage”.
The Schweppes brand was launched in 1783 by Swiss amateur scientist Johann Jacob Schweppe. It is operated in the UK by Coca-Cola GB.
The new look features a “sleek black background” with “recognisable Schweppes yellow accents”.
The rebrand will roll out across the entire Schweppes range. New packaging has been developed for the 1L mixers range as part of the project.
Schweppes is also bringing back its Schweppes Russchian variant, which is currently known as Citrus Blend.
Schweppes says it is supporting the rebrand with a “significant” marketing campaign, featuring out of home advertising, experiential marketing and a digital campaign.
