Fees battle continues

Exhibitions consultancy Brennan & Whalley, its client British Nuclear Fuels and architectural practice David Marks Julia Barfield this week took part in a legal review over a fees dispute.

Exhibitions consultancy Brennan & Whalley, its client British Nuclear Fuels and architectural practice David Marks Julia Barfield this week took part in a legal review over a fees dispute.

Tuesday’s review resolved that a full hearing will happen after 4 June. The architect is taking legal action against Brennan & Whalley over 9000 of unpaid fees due for sub-contracted work on the visitor centre at BNFL’s Sellafield nuclear power station(DW 16 June 1995).
