No problem with TNT

The bottle at the centre of the unregistered design rights case reported in Design Week two weeks ago was the one used for Red Eye, not TNT as stated (DW 29 January). TNT is a separate product sold by the same group, Round Imports. There is no dispute over the design of its bottle.
