Annette Donnelly has left her job as managing director of Lewis Moberly after less than three months.
Chairman Robert Moberly refuses to comment on the reasons for Donnelly’s sudden resignation. It is understood that her departure resulted from a difference of opinion over her role.
One source says: “It quickly became clear that there is no role for a managing director at Lewis Moberly.” Donnelly was brought in last November to increase the consultancy’s range of services, bring a clearer marketing focus and streamline the group.
Prior to her appointment, Donnelly had been working on a consultancy basis, since leaving her job as marketing director at Grey Integrated in January 1998, only six months after joining from Draftdirect, where she was managing director. Donnelly was not available for comment.
