Former Holmes & Marchant managing director Jon Davies is launching new consultancy Butterfly Cannon.
Davies left the Media Square group in November 2009 after 14 years, and was replaced by John Mathers.
He says his new group will focus on the fmcg packaging sector, adding that the consultancy ’will give its design creativity purpose, auditing the communication and commercial status of the brand and writing a quantifiable brief’.
Joining Davies as partners will be Natalie Alexander, former business development director at Holmes & Marchant, and Chris Holland, formerly of Kraft Foods.
The consultancy is already working with clients including GlaxoSmithKline. Currently based in Amersham, Davies says the consultancy plans to open a base in London by the end of the year.
