IDEO takes top prize
IDEO has swept the board at Germany’s Design Innovations ’96 competition, winning ten design Red Dots and being named design team of the year.
Nicholas Grimshaw and Partners picked up a Red Dot for its signage system for Mabeg and Teams-Slany Design in Germany was runner-up design team of the year.
Other Red Dot winners include Philippe Starck and German groups Frogdesign and Neumeister Design.
The industrial design contest is run by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen.
