Labour takes Giant strides

Giant is to design all the Labour Party’s literature and promotional material in the campaign leading to the next General Election.

Giant designed new Labour, New Life for Britain – Labour’s draft manifesto which was launched last week.

Labour has affirmed its pledge to promote British design, innovation, research and development in the draft manifesto.

“A collaborative approach with business in these areas is essential to reverse the flow of British scientists and inventors leaving this country,” says the document.

Literature for the Conservatives’ election campaign is being designed in-house, while the Liberal Democrats will rely on ad agency Knight Leach Delaney and their creative team of volunteers.

The Scottish Conservatives, the Scotland wing of the Conservative Party, has launched a new identity created by an undisclosed advertising agency.
