Lebanon’s Casino Du Liban is reopening after 20 years of civil war, with new interiors and corporate identity. Interiors are being designed by Alan Deverini at MMC in Monte Carlo, and Hodgkinson & Co has created the new marque (pictured).

The casino’s management contractor London Clubs International wanted the identity to have a Middle Eastern feel, using the Arabic eight-sided star.

“As the building is being completely refurbished we wanted the identity to reflect the new Casino Du Liban,” says London Clubs International corporate marketing manager Teena Clarke.

The gold and burgundy logo will be applied to stationery and marketing material while the star motif is being worked into the casino’s carpet. An autumn opening is planned for the venue.
