Applied Arts Agency’s exhibition Flat Pack opens on 1 August

Designers Thorsten Franck, Rachel Kelly and Droog Design will all exhibit new work at the Applied Arts Agency’s exhibition Flat Pack.

Work on show includes Franck’s collapsible furniture collection Build-in-a-minute, which can be quickly assembled without tools; and Kelly’s interactive wallpaper and panels, a set of hand-screenprinted, wallpaper panels that are manufactured using digital cutting technology and which can be repositioned until a desired composition is achieved.

Droog Design will show its set of wall tiles that integrate other functions, such as the Tubstop tile that doubles up as a bath plug. The exhibition runs from 1 August to 31 October at the Applied Arts Agency in London’s Clerkenwell.
