Wired Worlds exhibit received the wrong plug at this year’s DW Awards

We are delighted that the Wired Worlds gallery at the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television won the Best Permanent Exhibition and Best of Show categories at this year’s Design Week Awards (DW 3 March).

We are delighted that the Wired Worlds gallery at the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television won the Best Permanent Exhibition and Best of Show categories at this year’s Design Week Awards (DW 3 March).

Your awards editorial rightly pointed out that this gallery’s success showed the value of close co-operation between client project team, consultant designers and media developers. It is in this spirit that we prefer to credit the collective team rather than specific individuals.

In this context, could we correct a potentially misleading impression from the awards catalogue – namely that the Wired Worlds gallery internal project team was directed by Imelda Kay, which is not the case for this particular gallery.

We would like to ensure that acknowledgement goes to the whole team who made this gallery a critical and public success.
