CEDR’s 10th birthday revamp

Rose Design Associates has been appointed to rebrand the Centre for Dispute Resolution, in time for its tenth anniversary next year.

CEDR is a not-for-profit organisation which provides third party mediation services, conflict management and mediator training. Based in the UK, it operates internationally in both the commercial and public sectors. It has a settlement rate of 85 per cent, with average cost savings of £80 000 per party, per case.

Rose won a four-way credentials pitch to win the project. It will initially develop a tenth anniversary marque and a promotional brochure, which will be followed by a complete identity review in time for a relaunch in November 2000.

CEDR marketing consultant Joanna Cavell says, “The mediation market, and CEDR with it, has grown at a phenomenal rate over the last two years. As market growth looks as if it’s likely to continue at this level we needed an organisation which could demonstrate the ability to provide an identity that we could grow into.”
