You recently reported on StepStone, a brand identity created by Landor (DW 15 October).

We thought that we would draw attention to an internal identity programme called Stepping Stones, which we created and implemented a year ago for Thomson Holidays, a British tour operating brand.

The idea behind the identity was to encourage Thomson staff to think in new ways and achieve personal development. This is why we positioned each of the stones to suggest thought bubbles.
