What? No letters about free pitching last week? Lest you thought the subject was exhausted, we have detected a new trend: the rise of the voluntary free pitch.
This is where you enter a price-and-credentials-only pitch, lose it, ask the client for feedback and discover that one of the other consultancies won because it ‘submitted designs’. Anybody own up to that?
