Real 451 is creating the identity and direct mail for The Industrial Society’s Campaign for Leadership, which will be rolled out by mid-November.
The consultancy picked up the business following a five-way unpaid creative pitch on 24 September. The fee for the work is still to be agreed, as the client is believed to be setting budgets for the year.
However, it is likely to be ‘significant’ and further work may be in the offing, including a website overhaul, the consultancy claims. ‘We need [Real 451] to tell us what we need’, says Josie Payne, The Campaign for Leadership business development manager.
A subsidiary of The Industrial Society, the campaign promotes leadership training across many sectors of professional life. It has 1600 members in its alumni programme.
The brief for the literature job is to develop material that will appeal to this broad range of people from graduates to middle managers to chief executives.
Real 451 creative director Robert Stimpson will be leading the project.
