Building Design Partnership is turning itself into a group of companies, owned by BDP Holdings, in a bid to open itself up to ownership beyond its directors. The initiative marks its 40th anniversary and enables the participation of its 667 staff, as a result of the Chancellor’s All Employee Share Ownership Plan.
