More tailfin humour

God, I must be getting on, I’m agreeing with Terence Conran now (Letters, DW 6 August). BA’s “ethnic” tailfins were distinctive, they were brave and, above all, they had humour. Once again we Brits have backed down and pursued the least contentious route.
