Springetts has designed the packaging and brand identity for a new range of cooking sauces from Malaysian manufacturer Merry-chef. The eight-strong Tan Ping range will be sold in the UK and Australia. The sauces are made from fresh Malaysian ingredients, and have no artificial additives. ‘Our point of difference is the absolute authenticity of our products,’ says Merrychef UK managing director John Poulter. The packs show photographs of fresh ingredients, rather than the finished meal shots more typical of sauce packaging, reinforcing this point. The range has just been launched in Australia and will be available in UK stores next month.
