BDG McColl opens office in Hong Kong

London-based design group BDG McColl has opened a Hong Kong office to provide a base for projects for clients in the Asia Pacific region.

The eight-strong team, which started operating officially last week, is led by general manager Alan Kantar. The staff consists of a mixture of local recruits boosted by designers Simon Newton and Jason Turner seconded from the London office.

Services on offer include strat-egic real estate planning through to full design and implementation. Further local recruits are understood to be under consideration.

The WPP-owned consultancy has four UK offices in London, Bristol, Edinburgh and Manchester, plus outposts in New York, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
