Age laws set to affect staff policies


Design consultancies are being advised to review business processes following the introduction of the Employment Equality Age Regulations legislation this month. The Design Business Association is warning that members should review all employment contracts, staff policies and handbooks, among other policies, to avoid discrimination on the grounds of age.
