Fitch is working with London chef Gary Hollihead on designing his first restaurant/bar in the capital’s Wigmore Street.

The 186m2, 110-seater eatery will be called Hollihead and is due to open at the beginning of next month. Interiors will reflect “the contemporary, clean, fresh style of the food and will have a Mediterranean feel, with bright seasonal colours”, says a Fitch spokeswoman. Key features include sandblasted, watermarked glass wall panels and a fishbone-shaped skylight.

“As a basement restaurant, Hollihead will use artificial daylight to light the strongly architectural space,” says the spokeswoman.

Fitch is also designing menu graphics, signage and identity.
