Packs by Hill Watson attack hot dog market

Food manufacturer Herta is introducing two new product variants in a bid to dominate the hot dog market. Packaging for the ranges has been created by London design group Hill Watson.

Max, a large hot dog intended to appeal to the appetites of hungry teenage boys, and Dinky Dogs, aimed at the fussier eating habits of younger children, will be launched in supermarkets throughout the UK early next month.

The products will be sold alongside Snappy Dogs, an earlier packaging project undertaken by Hill Watson for Herta.
