Howell joins Rufus Leonard

Rufus Leonard has appointed Steve Howell as creative director, initially responsible for its BT, Andersen Consulting and Yellow Pages accounts. He took up his position on Monday, working alongside existing creative directors Darrel Worthington and Louise Jordan.

Howell has worked with Rufus Leonard for two years as a consultant. Prior to that he was design manager at BAA.
