Arigho’s reason to whistle while she works

The award-winning founder and managing director of Aricot Vert Design Communications, Lin Arigho, has added another accolade to her mantelpiece, following her victory as Britain’s best boss (DW 19 May).

The mother of three has been named Britain’s best time-saver by Good Housekeeping magazine at the launch of a new campaign to boost flexibility for working parents.

The latest honour is in recognition of the stress-preventing ways in which Arigho runs her 18-strong consultancy in Hampshire.

‘Thrilled’ to receive the latest award, Arigho adds: ‘Successful business depends on staff loyalty and productivity, and that increases when people feel happy and unstressed at work.’

Her achievements on the national stage have also led to an invitation on to a Government discussion forum addressing women’s issues.
