Energy drink is in full flight at RCA show

It may ‘give you wings’ and a whole lot of other bodily stimulation, but Red Bull is now aiming to create a positive effect on the mind through a new exhibition at the Royal College of Art in October.

Stimulation Arts is set to feature sculptures, collages, designer wear and precision engineering which are being submitted as entries for the first Red Bull Creative Contest, for which the deadline is 31 July.

The ten-day event is being staged in an effort to ‘invite visitors to discover the art, see it and touch it’, according to a spokesman. It will also be held in Belfast and Dublin during October and November. Visit www.redbull.co.uk for details.
