Feather’s letter did a bad job of tickling me

I read with feigned interest Martyn Feather’s letter (DW 7 July). Whether or not these areas are on your job description or not, surely it is more fulfilling to be an interactive citizen with a bit more to talk about when you get home than just moaning about other people’s so-called PC illiteracy.

Also, why are you pigeon-holing yourself solely as a designer?

Why don’t you have some fun and get to know the people who you work with, or are you so autonomous that you couldn’t possibly talk to others who fix the copier/ make the coffee/ offer Mac support.
