Oxygen opts for Splash of Paint buyout

Six-strong London design group Oxygen has been acquired by Reading consultancy Splash of Paint for an undisclosed sum. Oxygen staff are now to transfer from the consultancy’s office in London’s Clerkenwell to Splash of Paint’s property in Sulhamstead.

Oxygen becomes part of Green Hat, Splash of Paint’s parent company. Splash of Paint managing director Malcom Hatton says the group will now be known as Oxygen, a Green Hat Company.

The Green Hat Company now has more than 40 staff, working in design, advertising, film and video production, photography, training and digital media production.
