Tin Horse oils unified look for BP Visco range

Tin Horse has designed the global packaging for passenger car oil brand BP Visco. The packs will launch in southern Europe this month.

The pack design incorporates BP’s new corporate identity, the first time it has been applied to retail consumer products.

The group was briefed to create a unified brand identity and strike a balance between BP’s global and local needs, says Tin Horse creative director John George.

Tin Horse was appointed in December 2000 following a two-way proposals pitch. It received a five-figure fee for the work.

The packaging will launch in Greece and Spain and roll out to Asia, China and the UK, although the date for the UK launch of the range has yet to be set.
