Swiss check in to Thai Airways

Thai Airways is to get a full-scale design overhaul in a two-year project being carried out by Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux.

The Swiss consultancy won a final unpaid creative pitch against the US office of Diefenbach Elkins, says an Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux spokesman.

The overhaul is an attempt to help the airline keep up with its Asian competitors, such as Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines, says the spokesman.

The Swiss group is reviewing internal features for Thai Airways planes, plus contact points such as check-in areas and lounges.
