The BBC2 series Travels with Pevsner starts on 15 March at 6.15pm. Art historian Nikolaus Pevsner toured England between 1949-1974 and completed guides on every building he thought was of interest, from Stonehenge to Centrepoint. Six presenters including Germaine Greer have selected the buildings they feel give an impression of the country.
