Camouflage interiors for Radley

The Tula Group, a company that comprises five luxury handbag and luggage brands, is planning to open its first flagship store for one of its most popular handbag brands, Radley, later this year.

The shop will most likely be located in London and is being designed by retail specialist Camouflage.

The consultancy was appointed following a creative pitch that was held last year. The project is still in its development stage and specific design details are being kept firmly under wraps.

A spokesman for The Tula Group confirms, ‘We are looking to open a Radley shop before the summer.’

Camouflage is tasked with designing the interior of the store, including fixturing, merchandising and graphics. The shop is expected to launch by the end of July.

Radley is currently stocked in department stores and retail outlets across the UK, including John Lewis, House of Fraser and Selfridges. The current collection includes accessories, such as wallets and purses, mini bags and three handbag ranges, Exotica, Fun and Classic. Radley has also recently launched a hand luggage collection.

The Tula Group is investigating new markets for the Radley brand, with planned launches for Japan and the US.

The Group has a combined turnover of £23m across its portfolio of brands, which includes Radley, Tula, T2, HiDesign and Mebo.
