Women take five out of six CSD student awards

But will these awards lead to job opportunities for the students? Peters says, “We are hoping that potential employers who are members of CSD will see the students work on the CSD Directory. There is then the possibility that the students may obtain employmentoffers.” Zheng is currently approaching manufacturers to gauge interest in his cable pasta.

The 2005 competition is now open to all second-year design students both in the UK and abroad. See www.csd.org.uk for an entry form for next year’s contest.
