Ray Dream Studio 5, the 3D app, is now billed for, probably, September, courtesy of new owner MetaCreations. Hope it’s a bit cheerier than the lacklustre beta version being hawked around the European media circuit recently. It now includes the so-called “hand-drawn” ThinkFish Natural-Media rendering technology and supports Intel MMX Pentiums and symmetric multi-processing on Macs and Windows.
