Ammo City designer to wind up

Digital Arts, the consultancy behind the Ammo City lifestyle and entertainment website, is to go into liquidation.

Corporate recovery specialist Benedict Mackenzie says it is seeking to realise Digital Arts’ assets, including its Ammo City website and the lease on its office in London Bridge.

Once that has been achieved and the group’s creditors paid off, Digital Arts will be liquidated. The process is expected to take about a month, says Benedict Mackenzie partner Malcolm Fillmore.

The group suspended trading at the end of January when it made the last of its staff redundant.

‘We expect to receive at least a five-figure sum for Ammo City. That will include the site, the intellectual property rights, software and content,’ says Fillmore.

The site, www.ammocity.com can still be accessed.
