Consignia direct mail gets lost in the post for a month

With all the problems Consignia seems to be beleaguered with, I was not surprised to see the Royal Mail advertising information packs for its business services entitled The Importance of Marketing in an Economic Downturn.

What did surprise me, however, was that after registering and requesting the pack it took over a month to receive, by post, The Evidence. Not a good sign surely.
